Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of services must be requested in writing and is only permitted before the commencement of the project or service. No cancellations are allowed for services that have already started.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be provided for services already initiated, ongoing, or completed. For prepaid campaigns or services that have not yet started, a refund may be issued after deducting any administrative or processing fees. Refund requests for eligible services must be made within 7 days. Once the refund is approved, it will be credited to the original payment method within 4-7 days.
Non-Refundable Services
Services involving third-party platforms, such as ad spends or subscriptions, are strictly non-refundable. Custom strategies, deliverables, and consultation fees are also non-refundable once the service scope is agreed upon and initiated.
